REFUND, TRANSFER & UPGRADE POLICY
TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
We understand that plans may change. While FeastCon tickets are non-refundable,
we want to give you flexible options should you no longer be able to attend.
OPTION 1 — TRANSFER YOUR TICKET
You may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.
Simply send us a message through https://www.facebook.com/FeastConferenceVisayas
with the name of the new ticket holder.
For PWD/Senior Citizen Discounted Tickets:

• The new ticket holder must also qualify for the same discount.
• If the new ticket holder does not qualify, they must pay the price difference based on the Regular Ticket rate.

OPTION 2 — CONVERT YOUR TICKET TO NEXT YEAR
Unable to join us this year? You may choose to convert your ticket to next year’s
Feast Conference.
Please note:

• The ticket may be used for the following year’s Feast Conference.
• If next year’s ticket price increases, the buyer will shoulder the price difference.

UPGRADE POLICY
Want to make your FeastCon experience even more special?
You may upgrade your ticket to a Premium Ticket, subject to availability.

• Upgrades are allowed until October 31, 2026 only.
• The buyer will shoulder the price difference between the original ticket and the Premium Ticket.
• All upgrades are subject to ticket availability.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• All transfers, ticket conversions, and upgrades must be finalized on or before October 31, 2026.
• After October 31, 2026, all tickets are considered final and non-transferable.
• Premium ticket buyers entitled to a free shirt may claim their shirt on Day 1 of the Feast Conference.
